Add Custom Email Domains For Rate Subscription Emails

​​Our platform supports sending emails from your organization’s custom domain (e.g., [e-mail]). 

To get started

1. Provide us with the specific email address you plan to use, such as [e-mail]
2. Contact information for your technical point of contact (POC) who manages DNS settings.

Once we receive these details, we’ll configure your custom domain within our system. 

Your technical POC will then receive an email from our email provider, Postmark, detailing the DNS records (such as DKIM and SPF entries) required for authentication. 

After your technical team adds these DNS entries, you’ll be ready to securely send emails from your own domain through our platform.

You can then send  rate subscription emails, like the one shown below, from your email domain.
