• validation_required – Requires users to verify their phone number by entering a 4-digit code sent via SMS before form submission.
• phone_required – Makes the phone number field mandatory for lead submission.
• subscribe_enabled – Displays a subscription call-to-action (CTA) for users to opt into ongoing rate alerts or email communication.
• disable_pricing – Hides mortgage rate pricing within the workflow or dashboard.
• apply_now_params_enabled – Automatically passes captured lead data as URL parameters to the linked application page for a seamless transition.
• google_login_enabled – Enables leads to validate and autofill their email address by signing in with their Google account.
• background_validation_enabled – Requires behind-the-scenes validation of a lead’s email address using a third-party service before the submission is accepted.
• exit_cta_step – Defines the minimum number of form steps a user must complete before an exit intent call-to-action is triggered.
• icb_params_enabled – This setting allows the workflow embed to automatically prefill form fields using URL parameters provided by ICanBuy. As a result,the workflow bypasses all intermediate questions and directs the user straight to the submission step, streamlining the user experience.
• show_txt_msgs_disclaimer (true/false) – True displays the default “txt_msgs” disclaimer under Disclaimers and adds a second submission button on the submission step.
• unique_application_url – Overrides the default application URL from the loan officer’s profile.
