Launch Rate Subscription Enrollment

You can deploy the rate subscription BankingBridge embed into a modal from a custom button on your website. *Note: You can use any BankingBridge API embed to launch the subscription modal*

Update the bb.init in the codepen to your "app key" from your BankingBridge code.
