Subscriptions allow you to enroll leads into rate subscription email campaigns, create rate dashboards, and create closing cost worksheets. You can create manual subscriptions inside of BankingBridge in a few simple steps.
Navigate to 'Engagements' on the left side navigation panel > Subscriptions. Click the '+ New Subscription' button on your top right.
Enter the lead's information for their unique loan scenario to begin creating your new engagement. This will be the information used to create their loan profile, which will be sent to your specific pricing engine.
- Enroll your engagement into rate alert emails - Toggle on 'Send Rate Update Emails'
Rate alert emails are sent out weekly to any engagement that is actively enrolled. Emails are branded from the loan officer and will provide real-time rates to the lead based on their saved engagement profile. - Property Taxes and Home Insurance - You can manually enter this information based on the engagement's specific scenario or choose to Auto-Fill Taxes & Insurance to use the default estimates.
